Care Instructions
Heat in the microwave following the included instructions.
For cold therapy, place in a sealed bag and freeze for 2–3 hours.
Spot clean only. Do not immerse in water.
Store in a cool, dry place.
 
Heating Instructions
 
Microwave (Flat on a clean microwave-safe plate):
 
Heat in 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
Always test the temperature before placing on your skin. If additional warmth is required, continue heating in 10-second increments, checking the temperature after each interval.
 
Cold Therapy
Place in a sealed bag and freeze for 2–3 hours before use.
 
Safety Information
Do not overheat.
Do not leave unattended while heating.
Do not use if damp or wet.
Allow the heat pack to cool completely before reheating.
Always test the temperature before placing on the skin, particularly if you have reduced sensation.
Not suitable for children under 3 years without adult supervision.
Discontinue use if the heat pack becomes damaged.
