Our heat packs are made with Whole Australian Lupins sourced here in Australia.

Why Lupins?

Lupins are naturally able to hold heat longer, Have no odour and dont sweat like other heat packs on the market. Lupins can also be used in the freezer. Just place your heat pack in a zip lock or freezer safe bag then place in the freezer.

Most of our items are hand made. The blankets are all hand made so some imperfections may exist.

Can I return a product?

We dont offer returns on products but we  are happy to exchange or return a product which is damaged during postage. Please contact us directly and a replacement will be arranged.

Shipping our Heat Packs is based off weight. under 1kg - $12 Regular Post or $19 Express Post 1kgs - 3kgs - $12 Regular Post or $22 Express Post 3kgs - 5kgs - $20.50 Regular Post or $24 for Express5kgs - 21kgs -  $32 Regular Post or $32 for ExpressFor wholesale Rates please contact us directly for a quote. Local delivery is also available for whole sale. Local Pick up is FREE.

Do you ship internationally?

No at this current time we only ship domestically to Australia. All our shipping is currently done through Australia Post. Due to export restrictions on Lupin we are not able to offer the heat packs internationally.

We aim to pack and send orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch times can vary depending on stock levels, custom orders, and busy periods, but we’ll always keep you updated and send tracking details once your order is on its way.
