Care Instructions
* Heat in the microwave following the included instructions.
* For cold therapy, place in a sealed bag and freeze for 1–2 hours.
* Spot clean only. Do not immerse in water.
* Store in a cool, dry place.
Heating Instructions
Microwave (Flat on a clean microwave-safe plate):
* 700W: 20–25 seconds
* 850W: 15–20 seconds
* 1000W+: 10–15 seconds
Always test the temperature before applying to the lips or face. If additional warmth is needed, reheat in 5-second increments.
Cold Therapy
Place in a sealed bag and freeze for 1–2 hours before use.

* Do not overheat.
* Do not leave unattended while heating.
* Do not use if damp or wet.
* Allow to cool completely before reheating.
* Check the temperature before placing on sensitive skin, especially the lips.
* Not suitable for children under 3 years without adult supervision.
