Care Instructions

• Heat in the microwave following the included instructions.

• For cold therapy, place in a sealed bag and freeze for 2–3 hours.

• Spot clean only. Do not immerse in water.

• Store in a cool, dry place.

Heating Instructions

Microwave (Flat on a clean microwave-safe plate):

Heat in 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.

Always test the temperature before placing on your skin. If additional warmth is required, continue heating in 10-second increments, checking the temperature after each interval.

Cold Therapy

Place in a sealed bag and freeze for 2–3 hours before use.

Safety Information

• Do not overheat.

• Do not leave unattended while heating.

• Do not use if damp or wet.

• Allow the heat pack to cool completely before reheating.

• Always test the temperature before placing on the skin, particularly if you have reduced sensation.

• Not suitable for children under 3 years without adult supervision.

• Discontinue use if the heat pack becomes damaged.
